Booking Period:

Arrival between 3.00pm and 6.30pm and departure by 10.00am weekdays and noon at weekends (unless otherwise agreed in advance). If you need to arrive after 6.30pm you must let us know 2 weeks in advance so we can make arrangements to show you in. Under no circumstances whatsoever are arrivals accepted after 9.00pm as this disturbs other guests and in any event there will be no staff available to meet you.

Treatments:

We will always do our best to provide the treatments that have been booked but occasionally due to circumstances beyond our conrol (eg a therapist is ill at short notice) it may be necessary to change the times or offer an alternative treatment. Very occasionally (eg we cannot find an alternative) we may have no option but to cancel a treatment or treatments and refund their cost. Treatment Times: Once an appointment time has been made if you fail to attend you will still be liable to pay for the full treatment and will be charged. If you are late for an appointment then your treatment may be cut short and you will still be liable for the full amount.

General:

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for the actions of third parties or circumstances beyond our control which may affect your visit.

(We have double/twin rooms so there is a supplement of £15 per night for single occupancy)

All Break packages include a help yourself breakfast pack of cereal, toast and jams with tea and coffee.

Please inform us if anyone in your party has a disability which may affect the way in which we provide our service so we can do what we can to make any necessary changes.

You must enclose 50% deposit made payable to “Home Place” - this is not refundable or transferable. To retain your booking the balance must be paid 2 weeks before arrival - once the balance has been paid it is not refundable or transferable. Please also let us have your treatment choices when paying the balance. All bedrooms are non smoking and all accommodation is adult only. Dogs are not permitted unless they are guide dogs.

Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel immediately notify us and we will endeavour to obtain a replacement booking. If we are successful the cancellation will be accepted. We will keep your deposit as a re-letting charge. If we are not successful you remain responsible for the full balance of the charge. We suggest you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
